I am Ahava, and I'm starting this blog to list fanfictions I like of various pairings, especially the hard-to-find ones for underrated couples. As an occasional fanfic-reader, I have went through my share of frustration whenever I happen to start supporting unpopular pairings. My search for decent fanfictions usually ended up nowhere, other times I simply chose to give up rather than combing through many many not-so-satisfying ones to find the diamond.
But on some days, usually when I've more or less forgotten about the pairing, or even the series it originated from, I accidentally came across a rare, fantastic piece that fulfilled my need for a better story than what the canon could ever offer for the couple. Sometimes the said fanmade tale aren't tagged for the couple, or it was only a chapter from a long serial writings. The euphoric feeling whenever I found them, the sheer happiness when I know my preferred path of their story actually existed, I want to share those.
After all, my bookmark folders will be too bloated and cluttered to contain all that I want to keep. I guess even if nobody else read this blog, it will serve me well to organize my readings. And I need something to do to train myself to commit anyway, and I say blogging fanfics is a pretty neat project for this purpose. I plan to start with fanfics, and add links to fanarts and fanvids as I go, AMVs and the likes.
